This is the second occasion when none appears for either of the parties at the time of call.

From the order dated November 14, 2025, it transpires that on the said date as well, none had appeared for the appellants and a last chance was given to the appellants to appear and argue the matter. 3.

Since even today, none appears for either of the parties, SA No. 1281 of 1965 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
