Mr. Milon Mukherjee, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that at the relevant point of time when the revisional application was preferred, investigation was under progress, but he has instructions presently charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court and, as such, the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the present revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 8 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the revisional application and only accepted the prayer for withdrawal of the revisional application from this Court.
