None appears on behalf of appellant. Same situation prevailed on 22nd June, 2021, when following order was made.

Noting dated 23rd July, 2021 says, postal article was returned unserved with endorsement "Door Locked".

In view of above we are convinced appellant has lost interest.

SA 194 of 2012 with IA No. CAN 1 of 2012 (Old No. CAN 5575 of 2012) (not found), if pending, are dismissed.
