The writ petition was preferred as the Officerin-Charge, Harwood Point Coastal Police Station did not take any steps.

I find that the said representation was made on or about 26.11.2022. The police report reflects that a loan was taken by the petitioner from the respondent no.4 and the genesis of the dispute arose from the same. The police report also reflects that the allegation made in the representation is not substantiated.

Accordingly, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

The writ petition being WPA 64 of 2023 is, thus, dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
