Versus

Debjoyti Dey The appellant has sufficient notice to comply with the order dated 5th April, 2022. The department has reported that till 23rd February, 2023, the order dated 5th April, 2022 has not been complied with.

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 5th April, 2022. In view of dismissal of the appeal, connection application shall also stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
