Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the police put the petitioner back at her residence. However, respondent no. 6 again misbehaved with the petitioner after being put into her residence.

The petitioner lodged further complaints with the police.

Learned Junior Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that, the police carried out the order dated July 28, 2021. He submits, on enquiry, the police learnt that there are serious disputes between the petitioner and the respondent no. 6.

Respondent no. 6 is represented.

In the facts of the present case, since the police facilitated the return of the petitioner to her residence and since the police are looking into the individual complaints as lodged from time to time further interference by the Writ Court is not called for. Private parties are at liberty to avail of their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach the learned Tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, if so required.

Accordingly, WPA 59 of 2021 is disposed of.
