Injured suffered incised injuries on left side of the neck, right arm and head by a sharp cutting weapon. Injury report names all the petitioners before us as the persons who assaulted the victim resulting in such injuries. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 25 of 2024 is disposed of.
