N148/A, Ballamtala Lane, within Ward No. 133 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The Corporation, however, initiated demolition proceedings against premises no. N-147/C, Ballamtala Lane, within the same ward.

Let the Corporation file an affidavit disclosing its stand within four weeks from the date.

List this matter after six weeks under the same heading.

In the meantime, the pendency of the application shall not prevent the Corporation from taking further steps in accordance with law.
