Mr. Partha Pratim Sinha ... for the de facto complainant. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 90 days and the investigation having been completed, petitioner be released on bail as there is change of circumstances.

Learned advocate appearing for the de facto complainant opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are change of circumstances.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary.

Be that as it may, no materials are appearing so far as the case diary is concerned. Having considered the overall circumstances, I direct that the deposition of the victim be expedited before the learned Trial Court after following the relevant provisions of law.

At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court for renewal of prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over.

Case diary be returned to learned advocate for the State.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 53 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
