The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that petitioner has been thrown out of possession by her son being the respondent no.4.

I find from the enclosures of the writ petition that information was furnished to the police authorities on 21.12.2023. Having considered that there is a family feud existing and the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 is in existence, petitioner, if she applies before the learned SDO within a period of 45 days, learned SDO would assess and ascertain after hearing both the parties and pass necessary orders. If the police assistance is sought for, SDO will pass necessary direction.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 72 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
