1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner alleges that the representatives of the KMDA are trying to encroach the land of the petitioner which he is enjoying for a long period of time. A representation objecting to the same is annexed to the writ petition addressed to the Executive Engineer.

3. On a perusal of the said representation made before the respondent authority it appears that the same is devoid of details of the alleged illegalities on the part of the authority.

4. In view of the above, leave is granted to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation along with all supporting documents before the concerned authority disclosing the illegalities committed.

5. In the event such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
