Though the matter has been appearing in the Warning List since 12th November, 2025 and has been taken up for consideration today, none appears for the appellants. No accommodation has been sought for. 2.

In view thereof, let this appeal stand dismissed for default. Though the connected applications are appearing in the list, the connected application, being CAN 1 of 1997 (Old No. CAN 1949 of 1997) is for acceptance of Vakalatnama of Mr. S.C. Konar. By order dated 15th December, 1997 the Vakalatnama of Mr. S. C. Konar was accepted. The other application, being CAN 2 of 1997 (Old No. CAN 1950 of 1997) is for amendment of the memorandum of appeal by correcting the cause title. By an order dated 6th July, 1998 the cause title had been directed to be corrected. Both the above applications have been accordingly disposed of.
