1. This matter is placed by the department for correction of the year of the appeal in the cause title, which was wrongly mentioned in the order dated 1st July, 2025.

2. The year of the order should be 2011 instead of 2010 and should read as FA 210 of 2011 after correction.

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 1st July, 2025. Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected accordingly.
