From the supplementary affidavit, it is evident that the writ petitioner has made a representation before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata on 21st January, 2021.

Heard Mr. Dasgupta, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Sanyal, learned Advocate appearing for the Board.

As the representation has already been filed before the learned Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, the Secretary is requested to consider the representation dated 21st January, 2021 at an earliest, preferably within a period of ten days from today. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of, however, no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
