The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information sent to Singur Police Station by a representation dated 19.12.2023, no steps have been taken.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears for the State.

I have considered the plight of the petitioner. Since substantial time has passed, petitioner would in the changed circumstances, if faced with similar inconveniences, approach with a fresh prayer before the concerned authorities. The concerned authorities would dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 105 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
