It appears from the records that in respect of the petitioner's grievance, proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been taken out by the police.

In those circumstances, Officer-in-charge, Malipanchghora Police Station shall continue to maintain regular vigil in the said premises.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
