It is stated that the petition which was filed the year 2019 is still running in the peripheral of the docket of the Tribunal for one reason or other and even dates were fixed after a gap of six to seven months causing undue delay in disposal of the same.

After perusing the orders passed by the Tribunal and hearing the submissions of the learned Advocates for the petitioner, the order we proposed to pass shall not prejudice the respondents. Therefore, we proceeded to dispose of the instant writ-petition.

We have been informed that the next date is fixed on May 6, 2022. We, therefore, direct the Tribunal to take up the said application being OA 2116 of 2019 on the date so fixed and endeavour

shall be shown to dispose of the same within six months therefrom after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties and by recording proper reasons.

Nothing in this order shall construed to have any impact on the said application, which shall be decided on its merit in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ-petition being COLRT 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
