1. It appears from the submission made on behalf of the parties that the municipality has taken steps for demolition of the unauthorised construction and the District Magistrate is in the process of recovery of the amount paid to the person responsible for making the unauthorised construction out of the PMAY fund.

2. The District Magistrate is in the process of recovery of the entire fund which was released in favour of the person responsible for making construction.

3. The District Magistrate is directed to ensure that the entire amount which was released is refunded.

4. The District Magistrate shall further ensure that the Municipality removes the debris from the subject place as it has been submitted that the land is an agricultural plot of land.

5. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
