AN 11.08.2021 Smt. Suravi Samanta None appears on behalf of appellant. Same situation prevailed on 18th June, 2021 when following order was made:

"The second appeal tender is of year 2000. On behalf of appellant steps were taken to remove the defect. Consequently, certified copies of judgment and decree of lower appellate Court were sent down for correction. They were to be corrected and returned within a week from 27th April, 2007.

Let notice enclosing copy of this order be issued to the learned advocate that this appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. In event appellant continues to go unrepresented on adjourned date, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.

The department is directed to make the appeal file ready, by obtaining certified copies of judgment and decree of lower appellate Court, in terms of said direction dated 27th April, 2007. List in monthly list of August, 2021."

The appeal was reported to be in order on 8th April, 2008. Noting dated 30th July, 2021 says the postal article was returned unserved with endorsement 'Not Found'. Printed list has been published. We are convinced appellants have lost interest.

SA 283 of 2008 is dismissed.
