This application has been filed for recalling the order dated 12.04.2023. On that date the main writ application was dismissed for default on the ground of non-appearance of the learned advocate for the petitioner.

The application is within time and sufficient reasons have been shown for non-appearance of the learned advocate on that date at the time of call. Therefore, on being satisfied with the reasons shown, I recall the order dated 12.04.2023.
