For the petitioners The fundamental issue in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India relates to a prayer for early disposal of Ejectment Suit No.231 of 2018, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah.

As there is no contentious issue involved in this application, service of notice upon the opposite party is not required. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party is dispensed with.

The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah, is requested to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No.231 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah, as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party/defendant before the learned Trial Court.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 13 of 2023, stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
