Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The said subsequent report which is submitted on behalf of the State and as accepted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, reflects that one Biswajit Shyam, representative of the present petitioner, took possession of both the Tractors having Registration Nos. WB-40AJ/3476 and WB-40AU/9908.

In view of the said Tractors being made available, if the petitioner has other issues to be dealt with, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate by invoking the relevant provisions of law. The learned Magistrate would see to it that whether any criminal offence has been made out and accordingly, pass necessary orders as it deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 129 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
