In view of the above facts, it seems that the appellant is no more interested to proceed with the instant appeals.

Accordingly, all the appeals shall stand dismissed for default. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

The sums of money towards compensation lying with the appellant shall be paid to the respondents together with interest @7% per annum from the date of the award.

There shall be no order as to costs.
