The learned District Judge-in-Charge, South 24 Parganas, had passed a limited order of status quo and fixed a date for hearing of the misc. appeal. This court is of the view that the misc. appeal, along with other pending applications, should be disposed of positively within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

The revisional application stands disposed of accordingly.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
