1. From the lay note placed before us by learned Registrar General, we see that our order dated February 25, 2025, was duly communicated to learned District and Sessions Judge, Uttar Dinajpur. The order was delivered to him on March 3, 2025, as would appear from the India Post track report. However, no report from the learned District Judge has been placed before us as was directed by our order dated February 25, 2025.

2. Learned Registrar General is requested to cause requisite enquiry into the matter and submit a report to us as to why our order has not been complied with.
