It is submitted that repairing work has already been done at the instance of the plaintiffs/petitioners. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party/defendant in both the revisional applications initially submitted before this Court that repairing work is satisfied. He only raised dispute regarding plastering of the wall.

Considering the aforesaid view of the matter, both the revisional applications stand disposed of with liberty to the opposite party/defendant to both the revisional

applications to mention the matter of plastering and whitewashing before the learned Trial Court, if it is not done.
