The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Geography (Pass) at Kamarpara High School, District : Hooghly, he applied for general transfer through 'Utshasree Portal'.

The petitioner complaining nonconsideration of his said application, filed a writ petition being WPA 24042 of 2022.

A co-ordinate Bench of this Court by the order dated May 22, 2023 had directed the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to consider the said prayer of the petitioner and in pursuance thereof, the Commission considered the application of the petitioner and rejected the same by the order impugned bearing Memo No.629/L-6536/CSSC/ESTT/ 2023 dated June 02, 2023.

The petitioner has challenged the said order.

It appears from the said impugned order that the prayer of the petitioner has been

rejected on the ground of suspension of the Utshasree Portal.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned.

WPA 92 of 2024 is dismissed accordingly without any order as to costs.
