The matter appeared under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of the order passed by this court on 8th June, 2023.

It appears that on all places wherein the application under Order 41 Rule 27 was mentioned the Procedure Code was mentioned as Code of Criminal Procedure instead of Code of Civil Procedure.

Considering the same, it is order that in all places where the application nomenclature under Order 41 Rule 27 was mentioned, it would be read as under Code of Civil Procedure instead of Code of Criminal Procedure.

The instant appeal is disposed of by passing the order dated 8th June, 2023 with a direction to the learned tribunal not only to pass an appropriate order but to dispose of the MAC Case concerned. Let this order be treated as a part of the order passed on 8th June, 2023.
