Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate, very candidly submits that in spite of best efforts he has not been able to obtain any instructions from his client. This matter has been adjourned on numerous occasions. I do not find any reason to keep this matter pending any further. Obviously, the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this matter.

The Rule is discharged against the alleged contemnors.
