It appears that inadvertent typographical errors had been crept in the order dated 24.09.2025 that the cause title was wrongly recorded as "Ajit Kumar Paul Vs. Haradhan Paul". The same stands corrected and be read as "Renuka Pal and Ors. Vs. Sefali Paul and Ors.".

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for corrections.
