Ms. Indrani Nandi Mr. Sankar Banerje .. for W.B.S.E.D.C.L It is the case of the Petitioner that there were two electricity connections, i.e, (i) Mini Deep Tube Well (MDTW) and (ii) Domestic connection in the name of her deceased husband. However, both these connections were disconnected due to non-payment of bills. During the inspection carried out by the Respondent, it was found that the Petitioner reconnected the MDTV connection illegally and hence 2 separate FIR's were registered against her. In order to obtain anticipatory bail in those cases, the Petitioner deposited 50% of the Final assessment bills.

This present petition has been filed seeking installment in making the payment of the rest of the fifty percent bill. Learned counsel for the WBSEDCL / respondent who appears and states that he has no objection if the petitioner pays Rs. 20,000/- as first installment within two weeks with regard to the outstanding amount of Rs. 57,749.61/-. The other installments will be paid two weeks thereafter in the same amount of Rs. 20,000/- until the complete amount will be made. Since the respondents has granted a concession to the petitioner, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ

petition and the same is disposed of in terms of the concession made by the learned counsel for the respondents. In view of this the respondent shall restore the electricity connection after the 2nd installment is paid by the petitioner. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
