Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated. He prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is an assistant teacher of a residential school. Statement of the victim students shows that he had entered the bathroom when they were bathing. Subsequently he had also gone into the dormitory where the girls were sleeping. When they woke up they found their clothes were removed. In light of the aforesaid incriminating materials disclosing involvement of the petitioner in sexually exploiting minor girls we are of the

view this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
