2. Mr. Maiti, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 3, seeks to incorporate the phrase "if so directed by this Court" after the word 'but' appearing in third line of paragraph no. 3 of the order of 08.01.2026, wherein his submission was recorded.

3. Office is directed to incorporate such phrase as suggested in the relevant portion of the order dated 08.01.2026, without any other alteration.

4. Since the University has already acted in a similar matter and provided for review, the University is directed to appoint an Examiner to review the answer-script of PaperI of the petitioner upon payment of requisite fees.

5. This order may be read conjointly with the order dated 08.01.2026.
