Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had prepared a fake succession certificate with regard to properties belonging to his late grandfather. Thereafter, he executed deeds to transfer the properties to third parties and deprive his uncle of his share in ancestral property.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
