1. Affidavit of service filed in court be kept with the record.

2. The petitioners seek enforcement of a proposal given by her to the bank for liquidation of the overdues in the loan account.

3. Ms. Roy Chowdhury appearing for the respondent bank submits that an application under section 19 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 has been filed being OA/211/2025, sometime on May 8, 2025.

4. In view thereof, the petitioner has the liberty to approach the tribunal for appropriate remedy, the same being an alternative and equally efficacious one.

5. In view of the aforestated, no order needs be passed on the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

6. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
