Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph 3 of the order dated 18th March, 2026, the expression "learned Sessions Judge" has inadvertently been recorded instead of "learned Judicial Magistrate at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas". 3.

Let paragraph no.3 of the order dated 18th March, 2026 be corrected and be read as follows:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas".

Other parts of the order dated 23rd March, 2026 shall remain unchanged.
