In compliance with the direction of this Court the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has issued the Registration Certificate and the Admit Card for Madhyamik Examination 2024 to the respondent no. 7 as prayed for by the School authorities/petitioners. In view of such development no further order need be passed in this matter.

WPA 112 of 2024 is thus disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the Registration Certificates and Admit Cards for the Madhyamik Pariksha Examination- 2024 have been issued by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and the school has also collected the same. On behalf of the Board it is complained that some of the Head of the Institutions there is a large number of schools have not complied with the requirement of the Notification bearing No. D.S.(C)/241/23 dated December 29, 2023.

The Head of the Institutions of all schools are directed to comply with the requirement of the said Notification within the month of February, 2024 except those who have already complied with the same. The Board is also directed to upload this order in its website immediately.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in this matter.

WPA 112 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
