We grant leave to the intending appellants to prefer an appeal from the impugned order, before us. We have heard out the appeal dispensing with all formalities.
We dispose of the appeal by directing that the appellants will have liberty to apply before the learned court below for being added as parties. On such application being made, the learned trial judge will consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
We make it clear that the learned court below shall not adjourn the injunction application because of pendency of the said application to be added as parties. The appeal (F.M.A.T. 3 of 2022) and the connected applications (CAN 1 of 2022 and CAN 2 of 2022) are disposed of by this order.
