1. None appears for the parties.

2. This intra Court appeal at the instance of the writ petitioner is directed against the order dated 3rd August, 2022 in W.P.A. No.13315 of 2022. By the said writ petition, the appellants sought for certain reliefs in respect of a hire purchase transaction, which he had entered with the respondent/bank, which was a private bank.

3. The learned Single Bench, in our view, rightly held that the dispute is clearly a private dispute and there is no flavour of public element in the transaction and held the writ petition to be not maintainable.

4. We find no ground to interfere with the said order.

5. Accordingly, the appeal fails and is dismissed.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
