The husband of the petitioner was an Assistant Teacher of Chaluary High School, who died on May 10, 2020.

The petitioner is complaining that she has not received the death benefits of her husband and is praying a direction upon the respondent authorities for disbursement of the said benefits.

In terms of the direction passed on March 16, 2023Mr. Tridib Chakraborty, the Headmaster of Chaluary High School, Falta, District : 24-Parganas (South)-cumthe Secretary of the Managing Committee of the said school, the respondent no. 7 herein, is personally present before this Court, his further personal appearance is dispensed with. Ms. Samanta, learned counsel for the State, files a report as directed by the aforesaid order, let it be kept with the record.

Mr. Rajdeep Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that PPO in favour of the petitioner has been issued and she has received the

arrear pension and is receiving the monthly pension, but some portion of the Provident Fund is yet to be disbursed. If there is any amount due on the said account, same be disbursed expeditiously.

In view of such development, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

WPA 100 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
