The applicants were granted anticipatory bail, inter alia, on the conditions that the applicants will report before the Investigation Officer once in a week.

Considering grounds made out in the respective applications, we deem it appropriate to relax such condition of requiring the applicants to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week till conclusion of the investigation. All other portion of the order granting anticipatory bail will remain the same.
