1. Report filed by the CESC Limited be kept with the records. It appears from the Report that CESC Limited is ready and willing to provide a new service connection at the subject premises after compliance with all necessary formalities.

2. In view of the above, WPA/245/2026 stands disposed of by directing the CESC Limited to act in accordance with law and provide a service connection to the premises of the petitioner after compliance with all necessary formalities and payment of necessary fees.

3. The CESC Limited is directed to carry out the above direction within a period of six weeks from the date of compliance of the order.
