Heard the learned counsels for the parties and perused the case diary.

It appears from the report that the victim suffered lacerated head injury. The statement of the victim and other witnesses implicated in the present petitioner. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
