Ajit Kumar Das The appellant has sufficient notice to comply with the order dated 24th March, 2022. The department has reported that till 23rd February, 2023, the order dated 24th March, 2022 has not been complied with.

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 24th March, 2022. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
