In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to entertain an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

In view of the aforesaid fact, CO 25 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
