This Court is of the opinion that although the compliance is belated, the authority has ultimately complied with the order.

The contempt application is, thus, disposed of. The contempt proceedings are dropped.

However, this order shall not prevent the petitioner from availing appropriate remedy in accordance with law, inasmuch as, a fresh cause of action now arises. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
