Re : An application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The present revisional application has been preferred in respect of the M. R. Case No. 16 of 2020 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The orders which was complained of relate to the orders dated 28.09.2020 09.10.2020 and 27.11.2020 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Darjeeling. Having regard to the nature of the proceedings required to be adjudicated under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the opinion that by lapse of time, M. R. Case No. 16 of 2020 has become infructuous. Consequently, no order need be passed and any order passed therein would be deemed for a limited period.

. Thus, the present revisional application being CRR 22 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
