Report dated February 10, 2025, filed by the Inspector in charge, Bishnupur Police Station, be kept with the records.

From the report, we see that the petitioner's wife and 3 children are residing at the parental house of the petitioner's wife at Village Pobbar, P.S. Gahbar Gazipur, Uttar Pradesh. The children are enrolled at Iqra Model School. Documents in support of the aforesaid contention have been annexed to the report. Further, a video clipping confirming the aforesaid has also been filed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, it cannot be said any more that the petitioner's wife or the children are missing.

Their whereabouts have been ascertained.

If the petitioner wants any further relief touching aspects of family law, he will be at liberty to

move the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

WPA (H) 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
