Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner hit the victim with a hansua on the neck. This is corroborated by medical evidence. In view of the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
