1. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the appellants that despite best endeavour, the learned advocates could not get any instruction from the present appellants. The matter has been adjourned from time to time.

2. The advocates, who are representing the present appellants, have not been able to receive any instruction. It clearly appears that the appellants are no more interested in proceeding with the hearing of the Second Appeal.

3. Accordingly, the Second Appeal being SA 1117 of 1968 along with the application(s) are dismissed without any order as to costs.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
